Thomas P. Joyce is the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for administering OAM’s compliance policies and procedures and overseeing the daily compliance functions. Mr. Joyce has a BS Degree in Economics and Journalism from Northern Illinois University. He is qualified and registered with OSI as a General Securities Principal and is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals. Mr. Joyce joined OAM in April 2010.
