David joined Oberweis Asset Management in September 2017 and is the Lead Portfolio Manager for the Small-Cap Value strategy. Previously, he was employed at Cozad Asset Management, Inc., where he managed this strategy since its inception. David is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He earned an MS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
