Charlie joined Oberweis Asset Management, Inc. in October 2017 as a Senior Analyst on the International Opportunities investment team. Prior to joining Oberweis, Charlie was a Director at Lincolnshire Management, Inc., a leading mid-market private equity firm, where he worked for six years. He was responsible for leading the analysis, diligence and financing for prospective investments across a range of industries. Additionally he was accountable for improving portfolio company operations and financial performance. Charlie has worked in the financial industry since 1999 when he started his career at Merrill Lynch in London, covering corporate finance, M&A and capital markets execution for five years. He subsequently worked for a sovereign wealth fund entity in the Middle East and managed a boutique advisory firm, providing valuation and regulatory advice to companies listed in the UK. Charlie received his BA and MA at Oxford University, graduating in the top 10% of his class, and earned his MBA at Barcelona’s IESE Business School.
