Charles joined Oberweis Asset Management in September 2014 as a Senior Analyst on the International Opportunities investment team. Prior to joining Oberweis, Charles worked at Goldman Sachs in London for six years as an Executive Director in Equity Research and the Head of the Business Services sector team. He was voted the #1 Business Services sector analyst in the 2014 Thomson Extel Survey and, under his leadership, his team was consistently ranked among the top research teams at Goldman Sachs, both by clients and internal Goldman Sachs sales teams. He was also lead analyst on a number of successful European IPOs. Charles started working in the financial industry in 1998 and has both buy-side and sell-side experience at various firms, including Citigroup, Bridgewell, and Cazenove (now part of J.P. Morgan), where he covered a wide variety of sectors. Charles holds a BA with honors in Economics and History from Bristol University and is based in the UK.
