To complete a wire transfer for a new account, you must first call UMB Fund Services, Inc. ("UMBFS") at 1-800-245-7311 to request and account number and furnish the name(s) on the account registration, address and social security number or taxpayer identification number. An Account Application will be mailed to you for you to complete, sign and return immediately to UMBFS. Please note, if you do not return the application, redemption requests may be delayed and taxes may be withheld from your redemption proceeds.
